Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience. Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus or an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset. Technical Requirements Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
