We aggregate 20+ data providers into a waterfall system that returns the best available contact data automatically. We're a profitable B2B platform with 3,000+ customers, ~2,000 new signups weekly, and a remote-first team of 40+ people across the US, UK, and Europe. What You'll Do Handle customer questions in French and English via Intercom and Slack Troubleshoot product, billing, API, and integration issues thoroughly Help customers with API requests, CSV uploads, credit usage, and integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Make) Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow Escalate bugs with clear context and reproducible steps Improve internal documentation when gaps are identified What We're Looking For 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer support Fluent French and English, both used daily Comfortable reading API requests and JSON responses Rigorous and detail-oriented, you dig until you find the root cause, not the approximate answer Comfortable using AI tools to work more effectively Genuinely empathetic, you care about the person behind the ticket, not just the issue Goes above and beyond, you don't stop at "good enough" when a customer needs more Experience with Intercom or similar tools Based in Morocco Why FullEnrich Profitable and growing with strong product-market fit Small team, high ownership, direct impact Support culture built on quality, precision, and genuine care for customers If you take pride in accurate, thorough support, go the extra mile for customers, and enjoy solving technical problems properly, we'd love to hear from you.
