Minimum of 3-5 years of hospital medical coding experience (Inpatient or Outpatient) in the US or UK. Candidate must have active certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS, CIC, COC) for US, or recognized UK equivalent. Knowledge of strong command of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Great Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, EMIS Web, SystmOne). Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns. Candidates must possess a modern, functioning computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+) capable of handling secure remote desktop applications. Must have stable, high-speed, and reliable internet connection (fiber/cable preferred). Backup Supply : Mandatory, verifiable strong backup power supply (UPS or Generator/Inverter) to ensure continuous operation during power outages. Working environment must be quiet, and secure, HIPAA/GDPR-compliant workspace to ensure patient confidentiality
