Mobile Engineer

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
• Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
• Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).
• Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
• Knowledge of performance optimization , observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.

Ways of Working

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Service-oriented architectures , design patterns, and robust data structures.
