À propos du posteAs a Project Management Officer (PMO), you act as a true business partner to Engagement Managers and project teams. You bring structure, methodology, and governance while ensuring cost control, revenue protection, and the achievement of contractual objectives. Working in an international and multicultural environment, you ensure alignment between teams, processes, and tools throughout the entire project lifecycle to optimize project performance and successful delivery. Guarantee the proper application of project management procedures and tools. Financial Control & ProfitabilityMonitor project financial performance, including costs, revenues, margins, and forecasts.

• Analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts.
• Identify financial risks and proactively raise alerts.

Contribute to profitability optimization and revenue protection. Project Performance & DeliverySupport project planning, including workload, resources, and milestones. Track project progress and analyze deviations related to cost, schedule, quality, and risks. Produce reliable, concise, and decision-oriented reporting. Coordination & CommunicationFacilitate collaboration between operational teams, management, and clients. Implement governance routines that promote cross-functional alignment. Prepare and facilitate project review and governance meetings. Analysis & DataPerform financial and operational analyses to support decision-making. Le PMO intervient principalement dans la préparation, la consolidation et le suivi des données projets, la vérification de leur cohérence, la production des reportings, le suivi des indicateurs ainsi que la gestion de la documentation projet. La responsabilité des décisions financières, du pilotage de la rentabilité et des engagements relatifs à la performance des projets demeure entre les mains des responsables et managers concernés.
