Role Overview We are expending our services at Fixtman within the US and hiring another Seller (Call Center Rep). More information are below : Position: Call Center Representative / Seller Arrangement: Independent Contractor Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training (industry and sales experience preferred) Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, answering phones, booking and confirming appointments, and maintaining a top-tier customer service demeanor. Sales & Account Management: Initiate follow-ups to sell services or products, prepare proposals, quote coverage based on customer needs, and calculate invoicing. Operations: Fill out daily tasks in the ERP, manage documentation (policies, claims, contracts, and endorsements), and maintain files for follow-up actions. What We Are Looking For Strong ability to build rapport, present information clearly, and respond effectively to clients and managers. Proficiency in analyzing contracts, policies, documents, and basic accounting figures (discounts, commissions, percentages). Problem-solving skills and comfort working with mapping technology and Microsoft Office.
