Technician's diploma ( Bac+2) . Have a good sense of responsibility. Availability & flexibility. Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry. Challengecheck : Organize all the activities of the operator teams and ensure the execution of the production. Maintain control and discipline in the production line. Ensure production compliance and improve the 5S. Participation in the CIP program through ideas for continuous improvement . Participate with ideas for CIP improvement of production activities and organizational activities in the continuous improvement program (The CIP Program) . Ensure the identification of raw material components at the production line . *The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
