Speed of execution, Smart - You'll be required to fill 10+ positions per month. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French: ability to conduct interviews, create job postings, and communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders in both languages. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize competing hiring needs, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, administrative assistance, or a related field.
