You will work closely with leadership to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our company culture and goals. Responsibilities :
- Set the recruitment strategy and pipeline across departments.
- Post job ads, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and build effective job profiles.
- Manage and improve recruitment processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Proactively source high-potential candidates.
- Provide regular hiring updates, and report KPIs to management.
- Build and manage a recruitment team when needed.
