Description
1. Lead the execution of Xiaomi's marketing projects in Morocco, ensuring all campaigns and activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines. 2. Coordinate the execution of product launches, brand campaigns, retail activations, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives. 3. Manage local agencies, production houses, media partners, influencers, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery. 4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Product teams, to support business objectives and marketing initiatives. 5. Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement processes, and vendor payments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare project reports, and provide recommendations for
continuous improvement . 6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer insights and support localized marketing initiatives.
- Support other marketing-related projects and tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fiel d.2. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, brand marketing, or advertising agency role s.3. Experience in campaign execution, event management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or retail marketin g.4. Experience in the consumer electronics or smartphone industry is a strong plu s.5. Good understanding of the Moroccan market, local consumer behavior, and media landscap e.6. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl y.7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with external agencies and cross-functional team s.8. Strong sense of ownership, execution capability, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced working environmen t. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoin t.9. Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken) ; Arabic is a plu s.
