Missions
Manage all phases of project delivery including : analysis and design, configuration and build, testing/training, and deployment of solutions. Establish project milestones, timelines and resources for medium/high complexity projects Monitor progress of assigned task, cost-effectiveness & risks, removing roadblocks where required Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) & procurement Develop business cases and corresponding budget approval ; perform monthly budget reporting Work with TI’s business units and IT to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced capabilities.
