The role involves collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate invoice documentation in line with tax authority

• Support the preparation and submission of VAT reimbursement files, including gathering original invoices, payment proofs, and required supporting documents (e.g., bank confirmations and customs documentation).

Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve missing or incorrect information and ensure completeness of records. Assist in clearing backlog and improving the quality of documentation to reduce VAT rejection rates. Additionally, support daily AP administrative tasks and contribute to improving organization, compliance, and efficiency within the team.
